The Mazda 787B is a world-famous race car, the first Japanese car and the first car not powered by a conventional reciprocating engine to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Its four-rotor rotary engine produces over 700 horsepower, and the car is still sometimes run in events today, with its overwhelming sound being a major attraction. TLV commercialized the Le Mans winning car (car number 55) in 2017 to mark the 50th anniversary of the birth of the rotary engine. Since then, they have been pursuing variations of the actual car.

This model recreates the state of the Mazda 787B when it was first completed and first seen during a test run in April 1991. The actual car is chassis number 001, which later competed in the 24 Hours of Le Mans as car number 18, but at the time its black carbon fiber body was exposed. To recreate this state, the body is painted matte black, and new parts such as a single headlight on each side and front wheels without covers have been created.
You will feel like you are taking the first step towards a historic moment.
