To commemorate the 50th anniversary of Mazda's rotary engine vehicle launch, TLV is developing products such as the Cosmo Sport and the Mazda 787B.
Among them, the Mazda 787B model, the first and only Japanese car to win the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and the winning car (number 55), released in September, is extremely popular.
This time, we will be recreating car number 18, which was entered in the white/blue Mazda works colors.
The car was driven by D. Kennedy, S. Johansson and M. Sala and finished in 6th place overall.
Naturally, the mechanism for detaching the front and rear cowlings is reproduced to the extent that it is possible to achieve the same level of detail as the winning car, at the limit of what is possible with 1/64 scale.
